Food miles are very important to us and the food sold in our shop or served in our tearoom is either grown on the farm or sourced locally where possible. We sell our own award winning beef and lamb as well as local pork, free range chicken, duck & wild game. We make our own sausages & burgers and use our homegrown and locally sourced ingredients in all our cooking.
Lizzy is passionate about food and together with Gillian they cook much of the delicious fayre served in the tearoom and sold in the shop.
